I went to Frentz to order a Royal Oak historic house plaque. Typically the store waits until they have several orders to send out, which can take weeks or even months. I was disappointed because I planned on gifting the plaque to my friend for their birthday and didn't think it would arrive in time. I couldn't believe it when they called a week later to say my plaque was ready to be picked up. Such a lovely store with incredible customer service.
The best hardware store in the area hands down. Its rare that I have ever been in the store for longer than 60 sec without someone asking if they can help me, if it takes longer its because they are helping someone else. I will drive out of my way and pass other stores just to come here.
This place has everything. Better prices than Home Depot. Will Help give you guidance on lots of projects.
I wonder at times when I see someone write a post that Frentz is high priced? I find them to be fair. This hardware store has saved my bacon on more than one occasion when I needed a bolt or other piece of hardware. The home stores can't touch them for availability, quality and price. When I need just one of something why do I have to buy 5 or 10 at Home Depot? Then even on small items I get to the register at a home store and they fiddle around trying to figure out a price when you told them the price. At Frentz I put the quantity and price on the bag and go to the counter to pay - they call it trust. I guess something the home stores haven't figure out!
