Gym is dirty and locker rooms worst.
This gym is garbage Irvington the general manager doesn’t care about his clients what’s so ever! Darius another manager made my girlfriend feel very uncomfortable! The operations lady Hung up on me
Super great for a work out meeting your exercise partners swimming steamroom.also sauna! Could very well visit 7 days a week!
I use only the pool. Nice parking lot with elevator works well for physically challenged folks. My biggest complaint is with the other patrons. There is a tendency to leave dirty towels where they land, not flush in the bathroom, and leave a mess for the person after you to look at. Not the friendliest crowd here. Not unfriendly, just not a lot of banter or comradery.
Awful Place to work out. The sales The sales man team are just interested in your money or not in your well-being, they will do whatever to try to sign you up for personal training and will use high-pressure sales and very sneaky/slick promises that there will never keep. Their verbal contracts don’t match what they write and will make customer fall into traps that will cause headaches, I think they have a bad reputation and use fraudulent pitches to get you into the personal training contract. They are not transparent and very self-oriented.
Very unprofessional company. Location is so-so, lockers are old and dirty. The isn't a big enough area to stretch or do aerobics, machines crowd the area. Classes aren't at best times and not enough variety. Careful for salesmen. Ours was Irvington, he seems very nice up front but we told him we did not want to sign up until our current membership with another gym expired, he said he understood and took our down payment, but started the membership for the current month. We thought we prepaid when in fact he started our membership and we ended up having to pay another month before we even walked through the door. He was not sincere or sorry and we ended up cancelling after 30 days. I'd be very aware working with this gentleman and this gym.
