This place smells like pot. Literally. Been in here three times now and each time I'm greeted by a STRONG waft of Mary-Jane when I enter. They need some air fresheners or something. Or smarter employees?
Brian was GREAT. Service in Royal Oak is SOOOOO much better than Ferndale. I will go out of my way for Good Customer Service.

Would give 0 stars if that were an option. I reserved a van and requested to pick it up at 5:30 on a thursday so my family could go on a 1500 mile road trip. That afternoon they called me to confirm my reservation and stated my vehical would be ready till 6pm. So I planned to arrived later than my reservation accommodate their request. I realized the store closed at 6 on my drive there so called customer service. Customer service called the front desk and managers contact number numberious times but they refused to answer. I arrived at 6:02pm and they were closed and no one to be seen in the parking lot. Because of their request for me to show up later and their inability to pick up the phone I was forced to drive to Detroit metro airport to get my reservation or my families vacation would of been ruined. Worst experience ever and will never recommend anyone to rent from here.
