I like the customer service and how quick and easy they are, and they upgrade the car with very responsible price if they are available, and they gave me advice with booking cheaper car and then upgrade when I arrived by them, from $247 rental a day i got it for $ 105 for almost the same car, i have been there twice to rent a car for work trip and I will be going back there every time.
Speaking with years of experience renting cars for business travel, this location gets me what I want with no hick ups. All at a good price. He's experienced, friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicles and has a clean car ready every time. Plus I'm in and out fast.
He remembers the features important to me, pionts them out and makes solid recommendations on alternative vehicles when needed.
This is a great place to rent from! The young man that helped me and my sisters was courteous, competent and very, very nice. He did everything he could to make our rental experience awesome and uncomplicated. We had rented from Enterprise but was given the run around on the day we were leaving for a trip and although i do not rent that often from Avis, I decided to call them and he was great! Within enough time, we had a rental van and our trip was a success. This really is a great place to get a rental. I am sure problems exist that they might can't fix, but both times I have used them, I have been treated like a "regular customer" even though i have only used them a couple of times. Go, try them for yourself and see if they meet the mark for you like they did for us!
