I have had such a gold experience here! My fiance got my engagement ring here and we both just picked out our wedding rings here. The people who work there are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, nice, and very funny. I would seriously go no where else for jewelry. Very pleased with the quality of the jewelry and the customer service!
Miners Den was able to take my size 7 engagement ring down too a size 4.25. Not only did they preserve the markers mark, but the ring is beautiful. You'd never know it had been sized. They also made a wedding band to order to fit my unconventional engagement setting.
Been a long time customer with every visit getting the absolute best service and a very friendly and accommodating staff.
Upgrading my review as I am now content with the result. Initially I was having problems with the movement which they repaired. During the initial repair they knocked one of the watch digits loose. The employee I interacted with was fairly condescending and refused to acknowledge that the digit was unseated. I am happy to say that when I received it back this time the movement and the digit we're both correct.
