I went in for a cleaning and came out crying. They made me feel terrible about my teeth, telling me I needed this 1200 dollar treatment. Went back home and did research and went to two other dentists for second opinions. I did not need this gum treatment. Also the hygienist told me I needed all of this. Dentist came in and checked me and walked out not saying anything to me. It's like a nurse telling you that you need heart surgery but the doctor never tells you anything. All this dentist wanted was money and they didn't really care about the patient. And yes I know they will have their office staff respond to this review with the opposite view and saying they do care and give the best advice. No. I do not recommend this dentist to anyone. I hope no one ever feels the way I had to feel walking out of there.
Wonderful environment, very knowledgeable Doctor and support staff. They answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable and did very good work. I am very happy with my experience and highly recommend them!
Great dental office, everyone has been very personable and professional in all of my visits. The staff was able to do my work either in multiple visits or one to meet my work schedule, and after the fact the doctor made sure to follow-up and make sure there were no issues with the work or recovery even though the office was closed.
I couldn't ask for a better experience. Dr. Gustafson is very personable and always makes sure to get back to me iin a reasonable time to schedule am appt, even if thast means calling me himself on a weekend. I have nothing but wonderful thinks to say about all of the staff. I am so happy with how my teeth look and would recommend anyone who is looking for a dentist who they feel is more thorough than theiir PCP. 5 stars!
I have been a patient well over five years. It just feels like home. The entire staff is very patient-focused. Other dentists have tried to coerce me into getting certain procedures or treatments, not here. They make a point to keep up healthy dental practices and let me decide what's best for my choppers.
