So for that I will not be back to that car wash. How do you possibly put tire shine on a wet vehicle I'm confused still.
So when I got back to work my tires were as dirty as I took it in??? So I called back and the lady was nice in offering to re-do it; however I thought but why when it'll be the same situation ...tire shine on a wet car.. totally ridiculous to me.
Apparently paying $15 doesn't get the underneath of your car sprayed or your car dried. I was told to move right and then sat there for a few minutes before I asked what was going on as 5 cars were dried and left before me. I got no response so I left. Doubtful I'll be back unless all the car washes in the area close down.

After 10+ visits: Unfortunately this is the only car wash reasonably close to my house in Ferndale. An $11 basic wash gets you ZERO attention for an outside wash. Sometimes a half-assed spray with the power washer before, but even that is hit or miss. No wheelwell spray down. More than 50% of the time, the attendants have been rude and un grateful for a tip for drying my truck with a towel (always give a $2-3 tip). Unfortunately, the quality of the drying is purely based on the tip amount, but even then, not guaranteed. I wanted to give these guys a shot before judging based on one or two visits.. but I can confidently say the performance and service here is consistently sub par
I've only had good experiences here. They recently upgraded their self vacuums. I don't know how they do it but your car will looks shiny for days after a wash here - much longer than other places in the area. It can get busy and only downside is the workers sometimes rush you and the experience can be a little stressful
Tried this place for the first time since it is very close to my job....was horribly dissatisfied with the service I received! The service I received was very rushed and not worth the money I paid for it. They claim that the "tire shine" is applied during vehicle on conveyor...okay..this does't make sense. I can see the "WHEEL CLEANER" being added during washing g but why would a tire shine be applied to a wet car?
Ive always cleaned my own car out. I'll probably never go back. I'll be cleaning it out again when I get home. Was hoping they could do the job that I didn't feel like doing today.
Had my SUV cleaned inside and out. Basic clean for $28.00. Outside is good but the inside was vacuumed and cleaned out like a toddler was put to work. They wiped the dust off everything but again, just skimmed the surface.
