Very responsive. Got my art and wasn't happy because the piece looked faded, sent them an email and they answered within a few minutes and asked me if I had removed the protective film, I hadn't. Once I removed the piece was everything I remember, love it, the piece really sets off the room perfectly. Thanks Trish!
